At Swadaara, we endeavor to transport our carefully handwoven sarees and textile heritage safely, securely, and directly from the artisan clusters straight to your wardrobe. Please review our shipping practices outlined below to track your delivery options.

Artisanal Quality Check & Moisture-Proof Packaging

Every handloom saree undergoes several independent structural and zari inspections to ensure you receive flawless artistry. Once cleared, the sarees are carefully folded to protect the natural weave grains, wrapped in specialized moisture-resistant tissue or protective layers, and secured against environmental factors. Your premium drapes are dispatched inside a signature Swadaara presentation box designed to deliver an exceptional unboxing experience.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Our logisitical updates are processed strictly on active operational days (Monday through Saturday). Orders registered on Sundays, local national holidays, or after business shifts are picked up for fulfillment on the subsequent working day.

Standard ready-to-ship sarees are typically cleared and processed within 24 to 48 hours of your order verification. Large scale corporate bookings or custom textile runs may require a prolonged packaging timeline of 2 to 4 business days.

Delivery Timelines & Transport Partners

We work with premier domestic distribution networks—including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express—to handle secure shipping.

  • Standard Domestic Transit: Usually ranges between 2 to 5 operational business days, depending on regional pinning locations.
  • Bengaluru Local Express Delivery: Selected local pin codes are eligible for rapid or 24-hour delivery fulfillment, depending on immediate fleet availability.
  • Sarees with Add-on Boutique Services: Orders requesting integrated fall stitching, picot edging, or customized tasseling require an additional 3 to 5 business days for tailoring before parcel dispatch.
  • Global Shipments: Usually completed across 5 to 10 working days, dispatched globally via FedEx or DHL international hubs.
⚠  Critical Safety Protocol: If you observe any physical punctures, tears, or tampering on the outer delivery package at the time of transit arrival, please reject the delivery immediately and alert our care team.

International Distribution Terms

Standard transport fees are calculated and applied at checkout for all overseas consignments. Please note that the Cash On Delivery (COD) option is unavailable for addresses outside India.

Customs, Tariffs & Regional Duties: International cross-border packages may encounter native Import Duties, Customs Tariffs, or handling processing fees tied to your specific destination state. These variables are determined entirely by your local border customs office and must be managed by the customer.

Shipping Assessments & Real-Time Tracking

Any relevant transit or logistical fees will be clearly displayed before payment processing during checkout. Once your package departs our sorting centers, an automated message containing your active, real-time courier airway bill (AWB) tracking reference will be shared via email or SMS.

Unforeseen Logistical Deviations

While we make every effort to fulfill deliveries within estimated timelines, Swadaara cannot assume liability for transit windows altered by external factors, including:

  • Operational constraints or capacity limits encountered by the courier company.
  • Extreme weather patterns or regional transit safety issues.
  • Incomplete delivery descriptions, incorrect pin codes, or missing contact responses from the receiver.
  • National holidays or high-volume festive courier seasons (such as Diwali or wedding peak months).
